So much character. Particularly love the curb appeal. Just not a style that you see everyday.

| I love it. |
| So cute! Love the room featured on 33-35. Great woodsy views and location, patio. What is off of that one side? |
| I love it too. |
| I love it three!! |

Woah, 4 replies and all positive.
It’s got some character, but at that price point, I need a W school. Not that it’s important for everyone, but for anyone with kids, it absolutely should be. |
It’s zoned for Takoma Park schools, which are good, but outside the city of Takoma Park which avoids additional taxes |
It took just 5 replies to get the W school bigots to derail…maybe a record! It’s a beautiful house in a close in location feeding to very well regarded (diverse) schools. You are showing your true colors! |
| Your house is pretty on the outside but you need to do some real updates. Cabinets are older and just painted. Baseboard heating... no thanks. Paneling is dated. Fireplaces unsafe for kids and others. No yard. |
You don't need a W school and why are you looking at this except for the fact you are selling it. |
| Hate low ceilings. |
Totally disagree. It’s perfect the way it is. Don’t you dare touch the cabinets, the paneling, the wood trim… I wish more houses looked like this. |

So many of my colleagues have sent their kids to the W schools and their kids have only gotten into pretty mediocre colleges. Going to a W school doesn't do anything by itself; your kid needs to be a good student.
And this house is beautiful. |

It's harmonious and holds together.
Please be aware they added all these extra flashes when taking pics of the interiors, or retouched digitally. When you look at it from outside, you can tell the interiors are much darker in real life - there's no way that much natural light is coming into the rooms. |
Believe it or not, there are a lot of people with kids in MCP who do not go to W schools. It's true. |
