Today for breakfast I had:
canteloupe 1/4 lb sliced roast beef tortilla chips rice pudding Sometimes I eat really normal meals, and then other times .... this. Anyone else? |
| I eat popcorn for dinner at least once a week. Last night I had cheese and crackers, a hard boiled egg and a beef stick. |
| Sometimes breakfast for me is picking at stuff as I make the kids' lunches, so my breakfast could be similar to what OP listed -- but it isn't like I am preparing that for my breakfast but rather snacking as I do chores. |
| I often eat a few spoonfuls of sauerkraut or kimchi at lunch, no matter what else I'm eating, for gut health and to lower cholesterol. |
| I eat crab salad from the deli - buy it every few days. I often get too busy to eat and then I realize at 3 pm that I'm starving, so crab salad quickly hits the spot. |
Has it helped? |

I mix yogurt with peanut butter and granola. I don't think its weird but my family thinks its gross to mix yogurt and peanut butter.
I also take a slice of provolone and stuff it with some turkey. I roll it up and eat like a taco. Again, the family thinks I'm weird. |
| I microwave cheddar cheese on a plate, then eat it with a spoon. |
|
Last night I ate tuna salad made as follows: tuna, grapes, onion, curry powder and mayo. Mix and eat straight from the bowl.
I also eat cottage cheese every day with whatever mix in I feel like at the time. Sometimes it's with a fresh pear with cinnamon, other times it's cucumber and dill, or hot sauce and crackers/chips. |
| I serve penne with butter when having a luncheon for 6 people. That's it, nothing else. Is that weird? Asking for a friend. |
| Do you watch Courney Cook on Tiktok? She has the most random meals. She is fascinating. I do love her sweet potatoes and cheese combo. |
Is the luncheon for toddlers? Otherwise it's a bit odd to serve butter pasta and nothing else. |
| I eat "whatever's in the fridge with a packet of ramen" sometimes. |
PP is trying to be funny making a reference to another post and failing. |

This sounds weird but it’s actually delicious:
Rye or pumpernickel bread (preferably the real German style like Mestermacher) Avocado Sauerkraut Smoked paprika Serve open face. My kids love this too and it’s great for picnics. |
