Frankly, I think it is a genius move to bring attention to the VA legislature's bill on limiting the carrying of firearms.

I have little doubt it will be overturned because it is blatantly unconstitutional, but this was a great way to get information out.

Add to that, the fact that the VA legislature is exempting themselves from some of the same gun laws they are imposing on the citizens of VA.

Insanity is legalizing drugs and killing babies but thinking preventing law abiding citizens from owning self defense firearms and high capacity magazines will keep felons and illegals from getting guns. Illinois has done this, but 95% of the County Sheriffs refuse to enforce it, saying they won't go against the US Constitution.
