| I'm pissed at the way Arlington handled their August- Dec birthdays. They will again bring people from outside the club and then drop them down. Total money grab. Disgusting. Come on Frank! Do better! |

Sorry they don’t owe your player anything. Being at a club for a year or two or more doesn’t mean the club should promote your kid over a kid from the outside they think is better.
And it is the DoC and coach decision on team placement. |

Everyone knows that Arlington RL is where dreams go to die. They do not in any way develop your child. If you don’t get on NL at u13 you are Arlington’s trash. More than any other club, Arlington’s RL is a graveyard where you get trapped because they make sure you do not ever become good enough to be promoted. You have to leave the club to get noticed. LOL just look at who their RL coaches are - your kid is condemned before they step on the field. Arlington stakes a lot in ensuring there is and remains a huge gap between RL and NL so they can always say we need to shop outside the club.
Arlington has always cared exclusively about their top teams. They care very little about the boys side which they also have written off unless they don’t need to do much work because the team drives itself, then they just insert a coach for the instagram shot. One exception to this is that EA is an excellent boys coach. All the other players from RL and down are there simply as capital to pay for the infrastructure. Worse than VDA in my opinion. |
