Stories like this make me glad I moved out of VA. This, and all the other crap that is going on there now.
It’s not just this one case either. It is happening with great frequency. |
I'm planning on moving. This state is so messed up they don't even try to hide the courrption and Insanity. Where do you call home now? |
Tennessee. And it is wonderful!! Mountains close by. Lots of land. Great people. |
1) I’m glad Abigail Spanberger is Governor instead of Winsome Earle-Sears. 2) You are 100 times more likely to be murdered by a U.S. citizen than by an immigrant. |

Sounds like the prosecutor's office didn't think that Abdul Jalloh was a danger to the community. Thus, he didn't need to be imprisoned or deported. Mr. Jalloh was homeless and attacked other homeless or marginalized groups, so the prosecutor didn't think that these groups of people were worthwhile to protect.
The FCPD email lists Jalloh’s criminal history to that point as: 1x convicted felon 2014: Assault on family member (nolle prossed) 2015: Assault on family member (nolle prossed) 2017: ID theft to avoid arrest (guilty) 2017: Assault (guilty) 2018: Possession of Marijuana (guilty) 2018: Destruction of property (guilty) (original charge: malicious shoot/throw occupied building) 2018: Contribute to delinquency of a minor (nolle prossed) 2018: Rape (nolle prossed) 2018: Grand Larceny (nolle prossed) 2022: Trespass (nolle prossed) 2023: Trespass (guilty) 2023: Disorderly conduct (guilty) 2023: Drugs: possess sch III (guilty) — (original charge: possess sch I/II) 2023: Malicious Wounding (nolle prossed) 2023: Malicious Wounding (guilty) — sentenced to 7 years with 5 years suspended 2023: Steal property from person (nolle prossed) 2024: Petit larc (nolle prossed) 2024: Trespass (nolle prossed) 2024: Petit larc (nolle prossed) 2024: Disorderly conduct (nolle prossed) 2024: Malicious Wounding (nolle prossed) 2024: FTA (dismissed) 2025: Malicious Wounding — next court date September 30, 2025 |

VA and Fairfax County are rapidly becoming very 3rd world like under our new Govenor. Just wait until the casino is up and running.
Time to head to Tennessee or West Virginia until sanity returns to VA. |
|
The big story is that it happened with 3 people
Murder charge dropped against woman accused of stabbing 79-year-old mother in Fairfax |
Spanberger has been governor for 2 months. If someone wants to run against Descano, fine. He came close to being primaries last time. But we're referencing police emails from April 2024 which notably was not when Spanberger was governor. |
Spamberger wants to hide the illegals and protect them even more so it's going to get worse |
Again, immigrants are less likely to commit crimes. ICE is wasting money and time going after 5 year olds instead of following the standard prosecutorial procedures that have been place for decades. |
|
OP, please link to your post about the pardoned January 6 participants who have committed crimes, including being convicted of child molestation.
I’ll await your link, as surely you did post about that. |
| Yeah. I wish the republicans would do a better job on law and order. Glenn Youngkin was governor for VA from 2022 to 2026. He should’ve done a better job! |
I find statistics like this to be extremely misleading: -- How many U.S. citizens are there as opposed to illegal immigrants? Your statistic doesn't take that into account. We should be using statistics that take into account the fact that there are lots more U.S. citizens than illegal immigrants. -- Your statistic is also heavily shaped by the fact that there is one race that commits a disproportionate number of crimes, and most Americans find the disproportionate number of crimes committed by that race to be extremely troubling. So any comparison that includes that race makes it seem as though we should accept the murder rate by that race, when we certainly should not. |
| I am very disappointed that Glen Youngkin did nothing about this. Hopefully Spanberger can address it now that it's come to light |
