"The pop superstar was handcuffed by the California Highway Patrol around 9:30 PM last night, and she was booked by the Sheriff's dept. around 3 AM. She was released from jail around 6 AM, according to inmate records."
https://www.tmz.com/2026/03/05/britney-spears-arrested-dui-california/ Its gotten way out of control with her. Her latest insta reels are very disturbing. |
| That's unfortunate, but I lol'ed at the first comment: Wow she and Timberlake have more in common than they knew |
| Omg, poor Britney. |
|
Unaddressed/unhealed trauma reverberates endlessly.
I hope she gets the help she needs. Her family and American society really failed her. |
| I wish she'd leave LA. Move somewhere quiet, in nature, with a few supportive people around you (does she have that? probably not but I can dream) and just heal. Do some nature stuff, take out those extensions, stop wearing eye liner and just exist in private for like 10 years. Then come back sober and healthy and write a memoir in her 50s. |

| Sad. |
| She posted last night around 10pm EST. It was odd... this morning her insta is deleted. |
| I hope all the "Free Britney" people are happy. |
It's more than just trauma. She does have actual mental health conditions too. |
| Train wreck. She and Amanda Bynes should get together. |
Absolutely. Everyone failed her. It is really sad. |
She should never, ever go back to her dad. That does not make any of this a happy situation. |
Exactly. Getting a DUI doesn't mean she should be put in the control of her alcoholic (!) father. It's despicable that her family did have the conservatorship and instead of working on a plan for her independence, used it to make money off her. |
This is a silly take. Two things can be true - Britney should not have been under the control of her father and also Britney is a deeply flawed individual who is clearly in need of help. |
