It's not a tiktok trend, it's been studied to show that there are benefits to pre and post menopausal women, such as congnitive, mood and sleep improvements. All of that in addition to improved athleticism.
Personally, I have found that I can run harder, lift heavier and feel more energized since I started taking it six months ago. |

I take mine every morning. I mix the creatine into room temp water, mix with a frother, and chug it down. I add more water to the cup to catch any remains at the bottom of the cup.
Takes 2 minutes to do while I wait for my coffee to brew. |

I have a shaker and add creatine to collagen peptides and field of greens supplement.
For some reason half a bottle of vitamin water with about 1/3 water added works. The sugar of the vitamin water helps with the kale stuff. Plus it has the word vitamin which makes me almost believe it is not sugar water. |
