Are there any Republicans reading this?

Genuine question here, and utilizing this for him as an anonymous one to hopefully get genuine responses.

If you are someone who still identifies this Republican, could you kindly shed light on whether you think Donald Trump is doing a good job as president, and why?

And, if you are someone who still identifies as republican, but doesn’t think Donald Trump is doing a good job, on what issues do you think he’s doing poorly?

Stats show that most (the majority of) republicans are very happy with trumps. So it’s up to the independents and the democrats. No use in trying to convince the republicans

It's just that the portion of people identifying as Republicans is shrinking somewhat...

Actually it’s growing. Population shifting from blue to traditional red states.

Those two things have nothing to do with each other, chief.

Actually, it does. The electoral college will favor Republicans as population shifts. This is what will determine election outcome.

People don’t become Republicans when they move to traditionally Republican states, though. This is why Arizona and Georgia have two Democratic senators right now.

I would still call myself a Republican. I’m all for immigration enforcement, but think it can be done in a much kinder and humane way than Trump is going about it. I do think he’s a dirty old man who likely abused women and kids. I also think he’s going a little crazy with attacking other countries, naming things after himself, and bypassing Congress when he can. I hope there are better candidates on both sides next time. I actually voted 3rd party in the last election, but do lean conservative and would like to see a proper Republican candidate next time. Of course, I have little hope of seeing a good, moral candidate.

My best friend is Republican but didn’t vote for trump ever and can’t stand him. He’s a Ronald Regan republican and doesn’t identify with the Republican party today.

This is not a site that wants discussion. It is a one sided cult

Well he confidently told them vote for me and you will never have to vote again. They think they will be in control forever. Then they can continue to be disgusting humans without boundaries.
