Bondi’s DOJ is famously incompetent as a prosecutor. What will happen with this? (“Miss me yet?” Prosecutor Kamala Harris must be thinking!)

US Attorney General Pam Bondi who says that Maduro and his wife have been indicted in the Southern District of New York.
Maduro, she says, has been charged with "Narco-Terrorism Conspiracy, Cocaine Importation Conspiracy, Possession of Machineguns and Destructive Devices, and Conspiracy to Possess Machineguns and Destructive Devices against the United States".
"They will soon face the full wrath of American justice on American soil in American courts," Bondi adds but does not say what his wife has been charged with.

I wonder how much Maduro or his allies will have to pay to secure a pardon for him after the US justice system is done with him.

It's all illegal. If he's alleged to have done crimes, then he should be tried by the ICC.

I thought they sanctioned the ICC and UN rappateur because of Netanyahu. It's a useless organization now.

Unsurprisingly, the case collapsed in just 2 days, as Trump's DOJ faces another resounding display of incompetence.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-15438901/Pam-Bondi-forced-admit-Trumps-Maduro-claim-complete-fiction.html

Justice Department prosecutors under Pam Bondi were forced to admit that the central claim Trump used to lay the groundwork for ousting Venezuela's Nicolás Maduro was a fiction.

For months, the President has promoted the claim that Maduro was the leader of a drug cartel called Cartel de los Soles. Now, DOJ prosecutors say the organization doesn't exist.

Prosecutors still accused Maduro in a New York courtroom on Monday of participating in a drug trafficking conspiracy but they distanced themselves from the claim that Cartel de los Soles was an actual cartel.

According to the New York Times, the revised indictment claims Maduro ran a 'patronage system' and a 'culture of corruption' fueled by profits from narcotics.

Did Bondi explain why the Honduran preseason pardoned for the same offenses?

Yes de los Soles is a general term used in Venezuela when referring to high level corruption in the military and government. It's an umbrella term for corrupt networks used by experts to describe deep-seated corruption. It is similar to how people refer to the “deep state” in the US. Will be tough to bring charges against the deep state.

Also what the F. Owning a machine is a foreign country as head of state after being treated by the US is against the law?? I think both of them will be found nit guilty and will sue the US government for millions.

Maduro should stand up in court and claim he has evidence of Trump and Epstein trafficking girls.

Wouldn't it be embarrassing if the jury of New Yorkers acquits?
