| It's outrageous that the US Attorney did not prosecute Hoppe for the Enticement charge, given the dialogue between Hoppe and the FBI Agent, that was revealed. 11 years in prison and 10 years of supervised release isn't long enough. |

Yeah that doesn't change her plea, just when her formal sentence is decided. She had asked to continue sentencing, probation recommended a presentence evaluation (described here: https://federalcriminallawcenter.com/frequently-asked-questions/what-is-a-pre-sentence-report/) that presumably isn't done yet, so the judge postponed the sentencing date to let that process happen. |

I don't see a court order prohibiting it, but she's locked up so any contact would be both supervised and up to the person who is currently caring for the children. |

The decision by the VA State Board to suspend his license for only one year seems like a slap on the wrist. Wonder if he was reported for pretending to be his sisters attorney to evade the prison’s phone call monitoring system |

Not true!!!! Her brother is in good standing with the Virginia Bar Association and he is a prominent backer and organizer for the state's Democratic Party! I know him - you clearly don't....
