[/quote] Yeah that doesn't change her plea, just when her formal sentence is decided. She had asked to continue sentencing, probation recommended a presentence evaluation (described here: https://federalcriminallawcenter.com/frequently-asked-questions/what-is-a-pre-sentence-report/) that presumably isn't done yet, so the judge postponed the sentencing date to let that process happen.[/quote]
