I guess history will needlessly repeat itself.

Lol whatever fairytale you need to tell yourself to help you cope. Oil prices started rising well before the Russian invasion of Ukraine — pull up a chart of WTI crude and you will see that this isn’t a debatable matter, it is a fact. Why were oil prices already on the rise prior to the invasion of Ukraine? Because Biden did the following:

-Shut down a major trans north American pipeline (Keystone XL) by executive order on Jan 20
-that same January 20 executive order that withdrew the permit for the Keystone XL pipeline also directed agencies to consider new rules to curb methane emissions from oil and gas
-ended multiple key oil and gas drilling leases on federal land, and essentially halted new oil and gas leasing on federal onshore lands and offshore waters
-Biden has directed government agencies to work toward eliminating fossil fuel subsidies by fiscal year 2022.

When the Democrats get steamrolled, you can blame “right wing authoritarians” instead of looking at yourself in the mirror 😂

You're living in an elaborately-constructed fantasy world where everything is a Democrat's fault. Oil prices were increasing prior to Ukraine because demand for oil rebounded as economies reopened and recovered from COVID. Both demand and production cratered during COVID, and oil production lags behind demand.

No. Not all of it. But some of it (your fantasy is that you can’t see that). But that isn’t why people are worried and upset with the Administration. The worry and frustration comes from the deflecting and blaming by this administration. People know that it isn’t all his fault. Some of it is. And maybe it was unintentional — as Yellen seems to be saying. But what we want to hear is someone with some conviction laying out a strategy to combat it. That hasn’t happened. Something from the Biden team identifying short and mid-term actions the administration will take. Without any blame or accusations of nasty comments. Right now most people do support changes to improve the environment but don’t talk about that now. Wrong time. It’s like telling a grieving parent about something awesome your kid did. They would normally care but in that moment they won’t. It is time to show some intelligence— emotional and leadership intelligence. It’s not time for walks at the beach house or Jimmy Kimmel.

Biden already told us months ago what he thinks about inflation- "ITS A GREAT ASSET. MORE INFLATION." That's why there's no plan!

But prices are based on the global market.

And we shrank the global market before Ukraine was even a thing. So process went up and then they went up again.

You cannot get around the fact that the number one issue for Americans today is the economy. Quinnipiac has Biden at 28% on the economy. So whatever is is isn’t Biden’s fault doesn’t matter. He is the president NOW. He needs to start acting like one.

Hey, that's a really great combination of deflection and goalpost-moving. How do you do it?

Sleepy Joe,
He’s charging you $23 dollahs for a gallon of gas.
$23 dollahs per gallon. Can you believe it?
And he wants to take away your precious assault rifles.

Your precious Eh-mare-ih-can assault rifles.
Joe says we have “too many” school shootings,
And “too many” mass shootings.
They call them mass shootings.

How many is “too many”?
Who’s to say?

But that’s OK. That’s OK.

This administration seems incredibly inept at virtually everything yet nobody seems to be held to account. How is Yellen still employed?

Things just aren't looking so great. Two years is all it took (actually, less than that). Imagine what 2 more years will bring us.

Sleepy Joe.
Joe doesn’t know where he is.
I can tell you, I know where I am,
And I know it very strongly.

Twenty-seven dollahs for a gallon of gas.
Can you believe it? $27 dollahs per gallon.

It’s a disgrace,
A complete and total disgrace.
