NVA Coaching staff

Anybody has heard of their current coach will remain the same?

We are extremely disappointed with our U13 and U14 boys’ coach but management has not responded to our concerns and have succinctly indicated that no changes are happening for next 25/26 playing year. Considering it is a change from BY to SY we will definitely move to an ECNL club if needed.

No chance of going to Revolution under any circumstance and would go to TSJ if they were MLSN instead of the fake MLS2.

MH is part of the British clique at Loudoun SC. Now just looking out for his daughters with blatant zero regard to the rest of the program.

Honest question: is NVA now just a subsidiary of O’Hara and Ryan?

They literally demolished the girls program. I don’t know how you can say that’s all they care about.

Lmao looked up this Ben guy… turns out NVA is hiring a guy with no USSF license…

He only has the 7v7 license (online) and that dates back to sep 25, 2018. What kind of insulting garbage is this to ask $4K for this kind of ‘coach’?

Yes, minimum of B license. So, this is gross incompetence by MH or a clear breach of all ethical and professional rules to favor a friend or family relative or maybe getting some form of bizarre blackmail. If MLS next and/or US soccer gets notified NVA will have a lot of explaining to do

I saw BL in action at his old gig (not my child’s coach) and was surprised at the way he was talking to such young kids. Seemed like a great way to make them hate soccer. I pulled my own child from a team at a different club where the coach was acting similarly. The team they are on now might be slightly less successful and prestigious, but I did not feel comfortable putting my child in a situation where they would be spoken to that way and/or hear other children be spoken to like that. I don’t want my kid thinking it’s ok for a coach to be a total a-hole as long as the team is high level or winning. I care more about raising good humans than good soccer players.
