Republican landslide brewing.

Don't get excited. Even if they could do something with it, they'd screw it up last time they had the majority. I'd like to believe they would really do something about big government, but they haven't before and they won't this time either. Why this is not obvious, I don't know.

Oh like how Pelosi and co. didn't f**k everything up since taking over in 2006? And then adding Obama to the mix and focusing on inane stuff instead of trying to talk up our economy?

That's not the point. I am not excited about either. But I'm not sure what Pelosi screwed up during the Bush years. She didn't have the ability to override a veto.

Exactly what legislation from the 110th Congress did you think harmed the country? Or do you just like ranting about Pelosi a lot?

You speak as if we are not already circling the drain under the current leadership, I mean geeze, we are just about down the drain, without a fresh idea in sight other than spend and spend some more and after we are done spending, find out how to spend a littler more.

I'm not sure that is better than "Tax less. Spend the same. Deficits good."

I don't think it's going to be the bloodbath the GOP is hoping for and the media keeps talking about.

How about spend within your means? Novel, I know. Only people looking to spend more, or hte same is the current leadership.

Really? Republicans said they were going to cut spending and you believe them? Do we have to take a trip down memory lane?

I'm hoping that you are just young and naive.

so sad that you are such an idiot following idiots who want trade chickens for healthcare and think evolution is a theory. Obama saved this country from a depression. He is no more a socialist than George Bush who asked Congress fro $700 billion to bail out Wall Street.
