How to access Lightspeed Parent Portal?

Anonymous
Our school sent an email that "Starting Sunday, October 12, all parents and guardians who have access to student records in SIS ParentVUE will be automatically enrolled to receive a weekly Lightspeed Student Online Activity Report."

I did not get one and also not able to find where the parent login is for Lightspeed Parent Portal.

Can anyone please advice?

Usually they email it every Sunday but thanks for reminding me- I don't think I received one yesterday.

I was wondering how to access the portal as well. There was no helpful info on how to access it on the FCPS website.

Try Google or your search engine of choice.

Yes, obviously, saw that website with the FAQs but it does not provide a link to register.

Try this- this is a link from a previous email. I don't think it is working properly though. I still can't find an email from yesterday, and it says my kid's usage was 0 over the weekend, which I don't think is correct. YMMV

I didn't receive mine either but the info is up in the portal.

Thanks to the person who provided the link to register for the portal. Why FCPS would not put that on their website about Lightspeed makes absolutely no sense.

I got the reports over night for both kids so maybe there was just a delay. Technical difficulties seems to be a theme this weekend.

FYI, and this wouldn't affect weekends, but it gets turned off a lot when there is testing like iReady, PSAT, etc., in the school.

My third grader is on an average of 38 websites per day Ugh. And the teacher says she's very bright but is rushing through her work. No surprise; she can play and read on the computer when she finishes. We also can't see what mistakes she's making on her tests because they're all submitted digitally. Ugh.

Is anyone else unable to log into Light Speed to access the "more details" they claim we can see if we log in?

Do you have an account? Try that first.
