Shrimp fra diavalo left out to sit - worth risking it?

Last night I attended a sumptuous dinner where a scrumptious tray of penne with spicy red sauce and shrimp stole the show. We could take leftovers home. Well, unfortunately, the food was left to sit out on a counter in a large aluminum tray for hours. A portion is now in my fridge. It smells absolutely divine but I fear poisoning.

Would you take the risk?

I’m not usually worried about food safety as much, but no I wouldn’t play with shrimp.

There are some things where I would disregard this, but not shrimp.

Same. I'm not the type to be super cautious but I would not mess with shrimp.
