What is this type of jargon called?

The most irritating person I know speaks like this webpage. What do you call it?

Also, if someone were using this type of jargon on their social media platform that they are trying to monetize, what’s something nice I could say about it?

I cannot sever the relationship, and I can’t avoid them forever. Eventually, I will need to say something about the social media platform that does not reflect the pure contempt I have for this writing style. Thanks in advance.

The tone is pretentious and comes across as potentially sarcastic because the jewelry shown is so laughably bad looking. The actual depicted purse charms look like preschoolers made them. With intentionality.

It has a slight flavor of therapy speak/psychobabble/wellness practitioner.

Some of the language channels luxury goods marketing cliches. But the goods don't deliver.

Sorry. I should have thought of that.

“Beading Bars
We believe in a distinct kind of luxury—one rooted in intentionality, craftsmanship, and the enduring value of design that transcends fleeting trends.

Ephemeral, participatory encounters where guests are invited to craft bespoke necklaces, bracelets, brooches, or charms. Beyond our curated collections, Don’t Let Disco cultivates a space for shared creativity through our signature Beading Bars. These moments offer a tactile connection to the materials and the meditative process of making, where adornment becomes both personal ritual and communal expression.”

But the jewelry is hideous.

Thank you. Pretentious and psychobabble hit very close to home. That really helps. I feel so relieved.

I don't beleive any of the garbage I read on sites like that. Someone is paid to write it. That's all. Actually it's probably AI generated these days.

Yes. But I’m connected to the person writing it. So I need to get my arms arms around it, if only to understand why it annoys me so intensely.

Bespoke and curated are so overused they are like nails on a chalkboard to me now.

Oh, to answer your question: “social media marketing”

These are words every small business uses to sound more upscale than they are.

It's faux-intellectual/sophisticate woo.

I don't think, intentionality is a real word.

It definitely is.
