| Or do you prefer other styles? And how old are you? Curious as to people’s jeans style preferences by age. |

I do.
I wear jeans probably 9 of 10 days I go to work - we're casual. My favorite jeans right now are some dark wide flares, light slightly less wide flares, very light more straight legs that are more boyfriend-y but fit my butt, then skinny black jeans, skinny dark jeans, and skinny button fly medium distressed jeans. I have a pait of skinny medium jeans that I LOVE but the back pockets are odd so I can't wear them with much. Also have a pair of straight ones with a ripped knee that I love in theory but honestly, I don't like them. Proably have a few other pairs I don't wear or don't wear often. I wear what I feel like. |
| Yes. I wear anything I like. Sometimes it’s skinny, sometimes it’s boot cuts, sometimes it’s straight leg. I wear what I like. |
| No. They were never my favorite style, so it was easy to phase them out. I’m 57 and wear most other styles—wide legs are my current favorite. |
| No. I have an hourglass-type shape and they make my legs look like ice cream cones. When I was younger, I loved them but now I prefer wide leg, subtle bootcut, or straight. 52, size 8. |
| Yes, I have a large chest and wide legs just make me too fat. |
| No they look so dated. I love baby boot cut and wide. 55, size 8. |
| They are the only kind of jeans that look good on me. I have really skinny legs and huge boobs so skinny jeans/leggings and shirts that minimize the chest look best on me. 45. |
Same, also 45. I’ll take “dated but flattering” over “unflattering and fashion victim-y”. |
Same age 50. |
| I wear them in winter because they tuck into my UGGS. I am 39. |
I don't understand how skinny legs minimize the chest look (which I'm always looking to do) |
She didn’t say the jeans minimize her chest, she’s saying skinny jeans paired with a shirt that minimizes her chest is what looks good on her. |
Yeah, I have a large chest and like boot leg or straight leg to balance out my top heaviness. I never wore skinny jeans and still don't. I kept wearing straight or flares during that trend time. Sue me. |
Try to keep up. https://www.vogue.com/article/best-skinny-jeans#:~:text=If%20you%20haven't%20heard%2C%20skinny%20jeans%20are,denim%20trend%20was%20bound%20for%20a%20comeback. |
