No point in voting today in 11th District, right.

Connelly’s former chief of staff will win. The Dems have destroyed FCPS, but GOP cannot be trusted. What a mess.

Sounds like someone has the 11th congressional seat confused with the school board.

Forgot to say, I’m not even sure which candidate is most likely to oppose the casino project which vehemently oppose. What’s-his-name, former GOP, now Dem, supports it. These parties suck.

Not at all. The Dems in NOVA run the SB, a supposedly neutral body. The party in VA is responsible.

A useless vote for a useless candidate to replace a useless Congressman.

I couldn't care less about this election.

A lot of people in this world would do anything to be able to vote.

You shouldn’t take it for granted.

I vote regularly but this seems pointless. There’s no winning here. I’m not voting GOP but I don’t trust Walkinshaw at all. Seriously. Let the chips fall where they may. Voting for either is a vote against what’s good.

Remember all those voters who sat out the presidential election because of Gaza? They are partially responsible for the mess that is the Trump presidency. No candidate is perfect but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t vote. It’s all we have.

This is exactly how we got to where we are today. Let the perfect be the enemy of good.

Trump seems tame compared to the world ending disaster that would have been unleashed by Kamala Harris.

Then you live in a different place than most people in Fairfax. Our local economy is being devastated by Trump. (Not to mention all the other issues with his lawless administration.)

I was much more interested to vote in the Democratic primary for this election. Since Walkinshaw won, I'm bummed, but I still went and voted for him.

There is no point.
