| Why do they want the world to know that they're tough and brave? |
| Because they are fearful and ashamed |
Why do Dems thinks it’s NBD to be victimized by criminals? As if somehow that is the default condition for all of us? We should just expect and accept our victimization and not make such a fuss over it?
Why is it shameful to be afraid of a criminal taking advantage of you? Would you be afraid if you knew you were about to be raped or murders ? No? Because you’re not scared? I don’t believe you. |
Because — like many of their pet slogans — it can mean pretty much anything, while garnering widespread agreement. No, they shouldn’t “live in fear” —but then you realize that they “live in fear” of others having actual rights. They “live in fear” of having a Black resonance in positions of authority, or of actually having a level playing field, or of having their actual values and priorities openly revealed. They live in fear that they will lose their privileges— and that “others” will treat them the way that they have mistreated “others” legally and socially. They are afraid that the tides will turn and that powers will shift — and it’s important to them that they maintain the vast inequalities that they are used to and that they believe they deserve.
Because they are really snowflakes who are scared of women and people of color and need to hde behind their guns and false machismo. |
Dems don't actually think this. why do you think we do? |
Nailed it. |
I'm being victimized by the administration every day. My tax dollars are going to billionaires and to privatize the federal government. There is more waste than ever. Trump and the cabinet are making billionaires of dollars while stripping my health care, autonomy, and freedom. My children will suffer. Q: Why do YOU think it's NBD to victimized by criminals? |
What’s wrong having a fear of death or serous injury from roaming violent repeat offenders, every time you set foot out of your urban dwelling? MAGA makes no sense.
| This is the kind of thing you resort to when you can't do math. Trump claims that Chicago is the "murder capital of the world." He also referenced 50 people being murdered recently, but he's likely incorrectly describing a recent weekend when 8 people were killed and 50 were wounded. Yes, Chicago did have 573 murders in 2024 and that's a horrible thing. But it also has a population of 2.7 million people - and any time you gather that many people in a single jurisdiction numbers get higher. Birmingham, Alabama had 153 murders last year with a population of only 200k. Scale that up to Chicago's size and we're talking more than 2000 murders. I would much rather visit Chicago than Birmingham - but the Dem governor of Illinois makes a much better foil than the GOP governor of Alabama. |
It takes machismo to not want to be stabbed in the neck by someone arrested 14 times. |
Just give a robber or criminal what they want!
NBD and not worth your life. And if it’s rape, you’ll recover from that within weeks; a few months, tops. |
| Well they want some people to live in fear, like women and minorities. It’s very important to them. |
Agree! Dumb MAGAs. #UrbanCrimeIsFake |
