How can this not be a thread started and constantly updated by the agent or someone affiliated with the builder? I don’t see any other thread promoting a particular development.

I was at one time I interested in this development but quickly got priced out. I was contributing to this thread often in anticipated excitement for the development rollout. Now, I see it as a thread of folks that are excited about their new home. There are not very many new construction developments in MoCo these days. No doubt there are some realtors and TB folks but I think it’s the minority.

I think the agent is fairly obvious, it’s the annoying poster with all the !!s but there have also been what seemed like genuine back and forth with posters on the design center as well as some posters from other TB developments.

I agree the !!!s are annoying.

They drained one of the farm ponds, the Larger Pond (Thanksgiving pond). They are going to rebuild the pond and refill. Next season they are going to drain the other pond (Montgomery pond) the rebuild and refill.

They are allowed to work on draining the pond only during certain time of the year.

As a buyer in the community, I can tell you that’s not the agent. They are turning folks away. They can’t sell lots until certain criteria are met, and with the Covid delays (lumber, appliances, workers etc), they aren’t short on customers. As you can see by how quickly lots are selling at crazy high prices, they don’t need to market themselves. The !! Is just an annoying person, not the agent in my opinion…or perhaps it’s a non-TB agent trying to drum up business.
