Johnny Depp trial in Fairfax County

Heard keeps saying what other people said, which she shouldn't be doing. She's doing it on purpose.

I am quoting myself...Heard has now TWICE quoted Lily-Rose. Heard was JUST asked to stop saying what others said (it is hearsay) and then she did it again a few seconds later.

she is coming off way better than the deposition I saw too, I agree.
she comes across as believable because of all the details. she's yes probably also making it worse than it was. it may have felt more like that to her.
i believe in drunken and drug rages he probably did hit her. and she hit him. one thing I'll add. some people are damaged and sensitive.
they makes themselves more of a victim, so she may be playing it up and downing what she did, but i do believe they had epic fights and he was violent against her.

The details make it less believable to me. If she really has so many symptoms or signs of PTSD, it would be unusual to remember so much. I’ve been hit and can’t recall so many details. My mind became fuzzy.

She was smiling when a witness was asked about a knife that Heard gifted to Depp. The knife was engraved with until death” in Spanish. If you are a victim, why are you giving your supposed abuser a big knife?

I also thought crying included tears?

Seems fake.

it was also not a good look for him yesterday to be flirting and laughing with his good looking female attorney.
today a different woman is next to him and I don't see the same smiling and laughing.

I'm kind of learning to love this odd bloated version of Johnny Depp's body and face.

I was compelled by Depp’s testimony and other evidence in his case in chief and understood the social media support for him. However I am also finding Heard’s testimony compelling and doubtless she has other compelling evidence to present in her defense.

Virginia requires a unanimous verdict in civil trials so I predict that this either ends in a mistrial or ends in Heard winning. I think they both perpetrated domestic violence in the relationship and I wouldn’t bet money on who was the primary aggressor.

You are an experienced criminal trial lawyer with decades of experience yet you repeat hearsay here. Right ..........

How is my own opinion hearsay? 🤣 I suggest you ask for a refund on your JD tuition fees.

The brunette was flirtier than him! And he had some good exchanges with the full figured light hair attorney in the early days. She also was flirty.
In both cases he just seems friendly. He sure is a chick magnet.

And the world heaves a collective sigh of relief that you are clearly not a trial lawyer.

Or a jurist. Omg. If you believe her, I have a bridge to sell you.

If Depp was abusive, why didn't she leave him? She is a celebrity. Surely she had financial means to get her own place.

If Depp was abusive, why didn't the bazillion staff they employed in their homes all see it?

Why did she gift the big knife?

Why is she on tape admitting she hit him?

I'm a huge Depp fan, and I remember seeing Edward Scissorhands in the movie theater as a teenager, and loving the movie. I'm a 52-year-old woman (also a lawyer, but in corporate American, rather than a litigator).

I truly thought Johnny's case was going very well, but Amber seemed believable to me today. She had so many details. I hope that what she's saying is NOT true, but it seems like it could be. How could a person make up so many details? Again, I want to think the best of Johnny, as I am a huge fan.

If you have a borderline woman in your life you understand.

They are both messed up people. But I have an inherent repulsion towards cluster b personalities.
