What did your kid think? |
My kid got out and said it was way harder than the last one, especially the English section |
Harder than practice tests. Could not finish reading/writing part 2. |
Seemed like problems that are typically easy were difficult and problems that are typically difficult were easy. |
My daughter said the math section started with some pre-calculus topics like sine and cosine which she didn’t remember in the last SAT test. But luckily she had precalculus so it was OK for her. |
My kid seemed to think it was fine. We will see how he does |
My DC said it was harder than expected (compared to the practice tests) — both reading and math. |
Maybe they didn't make it to the harder module |
And lots of stats questions |
DD said both math and verbal were harder than the blue book samples. It was her first time. Are certain dates easier or harder and do they curve it so you could get more wrong if everyone does a little worse? (Totally understand that it could be only my kid who thought it was hard. |
Reddit posts seem to suggest that it was a hard test. |
August test date is a popular one..they know this and make tests hard"er" |
My kid and friends went through this last year. ---the actual tests are always more difficult than the blue book exams ---the tests vary by month and by taker---not everyone gets the same questions. I think the key to the Digital SAT is to take it 3+ times. Which really sucks and makes me hate the College Board but it seems like the way to go. |
DC's 4th time and said it was the worst. By far. |
My dd taking it her 3rd time thought it was harder than she expected.
Is it norm referenced? |
