Thought I'd share my new favorite...
www.olivejuicekids.com Coupon DAILYCANDY30 gives you 30% off your entire order, AND coupon catalog.com gives you free shipping. enjoy! |
| $64 for a striped t-shirt for a 5 year old boy??? $23 for a pair of boys' underwear? If I'm going to splurge it has to be on something really special and everything here looked pretty ordinary. I'm sure very high quality but I just don't think many people spend that kind of money on everyday basics. |
| very expensive and not impressed with the looks... |
|
OP here - I DEFINITELY not spend that much on kids clothes and I agree their stuff is expensive, but got some stuff from their clearance section, a dress and a pair of shoes for $18 total.
|
| Well everyone is different. I don't consider OLive Juice to be very expensive and think of its as a back up if I don't find what I need elsewhere. They do have some very cute stuff though. My favorite children's clothier is www.papodanjo.com. Both companies hold trunk shows in DC, by the way. |
sorry, what is a trunk show and when/where? thanks! |
Is this a joke? I can't tell... |
|
I browsed through their baby section and they picture 3yo children wearing the clothes.
I don't think I like them. |
|
I love their stuff because it is very simple and subdued and age appropriate. The crazy colors of say, Hanna Andersson make my eyes bleed.
I do consider it to be overpriced but I never, ever pay full price. they have sales constantly, and once you are on their mailing list they send out discount codes all the time. And I find their stuff holds up well under repeated washings. |
| Great stuff. Thanks for posting! |
| on the olive juice site, how come when I click on boys clothes it still shows me mostly girls? weird. definitely not my style, but then again, I'd never in a million years shop at a trunk show for my kids. Oh, and that papodanjo one is worse. |
| The Papodanjo clothes are by definition for future douchebags or future member or the Aryan Nation. I have never seen so many blonde/ blue eyed children in one catalog in my life |
| The Papodanjo poster lost me at "children's clothier". |
| My favorite children's clothier is Target. |
Ha! Me, too!! Old Navy is a close 2nd! |
