Biking 2 miles in 95-100F?

Afternoon bike commute for next week.
What can I do to make this less of an ordeal?

Take as many clothes off as possible. Have a camelback or the likes for agua.

At 15mph, 2 miles will take about 8 minutes. You can manage.

OP here. Except it takes a lot more time with red lights and intersections. During which I gently poach in my own juices. Also there's a hill.

On the way back, that hill will work to your advantage so it should even out.

Wet cloth around your neck maybe. Otherwise, not that big of a deal. Biking in the morning at 80 and humid is going to work up a sweat though, so hopefully you have a shower facility at the office.

Are you a woman? I put ice in my sports bra on 100 degree days. Seriously. I did a 50 mile bike ride to the beach a couple years ago in 105 degree weather. Ice is your friend.
