I’m going to do it. I’m going to lose weight over the next 60 days.
One pound at a time. The first pound, then the next, and so on. The hardest part is that I already feel like I have healthy habits. Where to go from here? I started with 3 new ones. On the left side of the page, I wrote my typical habit, and on the right side, I wrote my new habit. No soda (even zero soda) or sugary drinks (even smoothies) for a month. Maybe longer. Stop missing my walks. I used to get 60m of walking (or elliptical or running) daily. Going to start the habit again. Scheduled in a restaurant meal in a couple of weeks. Eating at home 100% until then. |
You can do it, OP.
But remember - the best way to lose and keep weight off, is to make your new habits permanent. Not a diet. Not just to lose the weight. To keep it off, your changes need to be permanent. The best way for changes to be permanent, is to make them sustainable forever and ever. |
. IDK ABOUT THIS ONE, DEPENDS ON HOW YOU ORDER. I EAT OUT A LOT BUT VERY CAREFUL ABOUT WHAT I ORDER AND LET THEM KNOW MODIFICATIONS. THIS IS AFTER FAST METABOLISM OCCURRED. FOR ME IT WAS EASIER TO BE STRICT, OBTAIN MY GOAL AND FOUND I DIDN'T LIKE ANY MORE THE OVERLY SAUCED OR SALTY. |
You don't need motivation you need discipline. |

Sometimes people need motivation to find the discipline. |
Read Atomic Habits.
Also keep the bar low. If 60 min a day was too much. Lower the bar and do 30 min. Never skip 30 min. Or never skip two days in a row. Read Atomic Habits!! |
This. It's like brushing your hair daily. Just do it. No excuses. |
