Another win for Trump!
The Supreme Court on Friday lifted a lower court order blocking the Social Security Administration from granting access to the agency’s sensitive data to affiliates of the Department of Government Efficiency. The court separately paused a lower court’s order that required DOGE to turn over documents as part of a lawsuit claiming the entity, like other government agencies, should be subject to federal records requests. https://www.cnn.com/2025/06/06/politics/supreme-court-restores-doges-access-to-sensitive-social-security-data |
Just Making America Great Again. |
I am sure Musk will use this access to expose Trump! |
Good. Transparency is essential.

Musk is no longer a special employee - term ended. |
I guess the justices are fine with "big balls" having their social security, banking and investment information. |
A temporary loss for America, but the patriots will eventually get the country back. The MAGAs are all out here with a gun to their own heads screaming STAND BACK OR THE IDIOT GETS IT! It can’t last long. |
A day too late. Imagine what he could have released in a fit of anger |
Win for the Robert’s court. Bought and paid for by Leonard Leo. |
So DOGE gets to see our personal data but we can’t know anything about them. So much transparency. |
Stop doxxing them. |
Well, not transparency of government. |
I'm surprised to hear this from you, MAGA, since the Right has long valued personal privacy and has decried government efforts to infringe on that privacy. I'm pretty sure that if the title of the story read: "SCOTUS restores Obama administration's access to sensitive personal data of American citizens," you'd be a bit more concerned. |
It was DEMOCRAT Lois at the IRS who WEAPONIZED her power, and TARGETED those who she didn’t like. |
Whether or not you believe BOTH sides do it, why do you want the gov on EITHER side to reveal your personal data? Seriously asking, because I dont want a quasi governmental agency to have my personal info. |
