I used to be 95 lbs wearing size xs. I am now 120 lbs with 2 ES kids, wearing size 4-6. I am ache all over and I feel I am so ugly with all fats on my face and my belly/legs. I want to exercise, but I hate exercise and sweating. I hate treadmill and hiking. I want to bring my kids along if possible. I can't swim or bike. Should I do running on school track field? Will that lose fat? Zumba or yoga? What exercise are most effective and fast to lose all fat I gain through pregnancy and mom life? |
Look this is likely a troll post but if it isn't.
Unless you're like 4'6'', 120 pounds isn't overweight and certainly won't make you "ache all over". Before you start exercising, you need to see a doctor. |
Op here. It is not a troll. I am petite under 5', and I was 85 lbs when I met my DH. The doctor tells me to exercise because I have high cholesterol. Bring a working mom is so tough, and I gained a lot of weight at each pregnancy. And, I don't have enough sleep with added stress makes me bloated as well. I am in 40s. |
Op here. Well, I was under weight before, and Red Cross did not allow me to do blood donation. It would be great if I could lose weight to 100 lbs. |

therapy, for real.
- another 5'0" woman. 120 is fine |
Weight is lost in the kitchen not the gym. |
Anything you can do consistently is best. |
You either learn to like it, or you continue to gain weight. Try a variety of things, it doesn't all have to be grueling work. Just get more active and cut carbs in your diet back to minimal levels. It's the carbohydrates and inactivity that are making you soft and chubby. |
