Definitely. Sometimes it's just a look and/or a touch and it's on. Sometimes we flirt the whole day leading up. Often, it's a snuggle that leads to more.

You might be my husband. I'd initiate more if I wasn't so tired from working all day and coming home to work all night at home with the kids. Yes, but very unevenly tilted in my husband's favor. Like 90%/10%. But I'm pretty receptive (we have sex 2-3 times a week- DH would be happy with 2-3 times a day!).

There were times when Dh initiated more, but for the past 10 years I initiate almost always.

I will just walk up to Dh and just rub his junk and ask him if he wants to do it. If we can't do it right then and there I'll give him a little bit of oral and tell him that's his appetizer and he'll get dinner later.
