Who really thinks that this BS calling for a FBI investigation will change anything.

So if the FBI clears him, then it will be we can’t vote for him cuz abortion, gun laws, etc.. it will then be another set off issues.

How exactly would the FBI “clear” him? Not turning up anything new would surprise no one, and wouldn’t mean that he has been proven innocent.

He's presumed innocent unless proven otherwise. And I know....I know....it's not a trial, but the same principle applies: you can't prove a negative.

SHE has to prove that he's guilty, not the other way around.

Does anyone find it mildly funny that the Democrats want the same agency that failed to “uncover" the numerous “rape parties” in 6 background checks of Kavanaugh now want them to investigate Ford’s claims?

Huh? She does not have to prove anything. She just has to be truthful. Even Republicans found her credible.

When the FBI does background investigation interviews of those associated with the subject of the investigation are the associates interviewed allowed to have their lawyers present?

Yes. Especially if you are connected to Hillary Clinton.

As a practical matter, what is it that the fbi provides to the White House or senators upon completing the investigation? Is it a summary? Witness transcripts?

Well I was watching to see if he could prove he was worthy actually. I knew the guilty but would boil down to essentially he said she said. I don’t think he proved worthy of the lifetime appointment, even if he isn’t guilty.

I found her credible. I also think she is very troubled woman, based on her testimony. Even she outlined all the emotional issues she suffers from.
I think her memory from 36 years ago has failed her. Something happened, just not the way she remembers.

And, it really is incumbent upon her to prove guilt. He should have the presumption of innocence. But not in liberal world.

Summary of the interviews.

You guys demanded an FBI investigation for the last week, now that it is happening, you are already back tracking on what it will find and what it means. We kept saying it will find nothing, now you are saying it wont find anything, so it's useless. We already knew that.

Liberals will have gotten their week-long delay. But, we will be no further along.
And, in years to come, liberals will continue to bad-mouth Justice Kavanaugh, despite his impeccable judicial record because...
- they are liberals
- they don’t believe that “boofing” refers to flatulence or “Devil’s Triangle” is a drinking game
- they don’t really want the truth - they are secretly hoping for another allegation to come forward
- they are fearful of decisions on Roe vs. Wade
- we have the example of Justice Thomas. Despite an FBI investigation that found no evidence to the claims being made, he is still guilty. Because.....
- he isn’t liberal

It is patently transparent what the game is here. And, those of use disgusted with the crap the Democrats have pulled are growing in number by the day.

No, that just means she believes what she says. It doesn't prove that she's correct. Otherwise, my neighbor can honestly think I was the one who robbed his house last night, testify to that and sound credible, and I'm convicted without evidence.

And, even if it did find something that totally exonerated him, he would still be guilty. That is the way this game is played.

Even worse....Coons just came out and said that any additional accusations that come out next week should become part of the investigation. The Dems just bought themselves more time to find some liars.

I would not mind being a fly on Kavanaugh's wall this evening, but I would also really love to be a fly on the wall in the office when Mark Judge has been meeting with his attorneys to craft his statements thus far. I think Brett Kavanaugh is on the record saying Mark Judge is a brilliant writer, so hopefully Brett supports a nice, close look at his books and articles.
