Middle aged men wearing white sneakers

Anonymous
Does this bother anyone else? It should in theory just look clean cut and casual but it makes me wince to see middle aged men in bright white low top sneakers and I can't figure out why. Does it just look a bit immature or effeminate?

You are odd.

That look is very popular with middle school boys

I thought we had moved past saying clothes made someone look effeminate.

What an extremely bizarre take.

Not at all. This is in style.

No, white shoes do not make a guy look gay. We all know this is what you meant by effeminate OP

I was very concerned that white sneakers made me look gay when I was a 13 year old boy, but I've grown up since then.

A lot of things "in style" don't look good or masculine, especially on men in their 30s, 40s and 50s. Trendy appearance is something teens and maybe recent college grads worry about.

So don't wear white sneakers, OP. Problem solved. No one cares about your dumb opinion.

How on Earth do white shoes make someone look not masculine? What else makes them look not masculine?

No.

Well, I really disagree with this.
