Huh? They might be giving people permanent time off that day, but not as a holiday.

The last time Wall Street was open on Good Friday was right before crash of 1929.

Some believe it angered God so Wall Street has kept it as a day off ever since.

Perhaps God is now showing his anger at Federal Workers for being open on Good Friday.

Valentine’s Day massacre, followed by the Good Friday discord. Almost poetic.

Aren’t paid holidays documented/posted each and every year? Good Friday is either on the list or not. Why would you imagine you would receive an extra day off?

We occasionally are given a 2 hour early release before a holiday but they always announce it a couple days before and it is never a full day.

I seriously doubt they'd give us a day off, given the anti-employee rhetoric. We haven't been given early releases under this administration.

Troll. 19 years in and never.

Yes, this administration is known for its generosity towards federal workers.

NP, well, Biden gave fed employees Christmas Eve off last year with relatively short notice. But I can’t imagine this admin giving extra holidays. They are probably trying to figure out which holidays to remove.

No, two decades in and never had time off early that day or the whole day off.

FOUR DECADES as a Fed and we’ve never been given Good Friday as a holiday.
