HHS was hit last week with RIFs. My guess is they will now start a reorg and come back with a second round of RIFs in a few weeks.

They have “infiltrated” and caused mass chaos at these agencies but none, except USAID, has been reorganized yet. IRS probably has impending RIFs but no one know what they will look like yet.
