What are some good neighborhoods with solid equity potential at a reasonable price? It doesn’t have to have any bells and whistles, just a good investment.

No one can really predict the future in terms of equity potential, but I think there are lots of reasonably priced options within walking distance of the Silver Spring and Forest Glen metros, and I think these will be safe bets with RTO.
