I graduated from college in December 1999. I made 58k in my first job in 2000.
Looking back, it seems like such a great starting salary. It feels like inflation has increased tremendously since then but salaries have not. |

Wow. My first job out of college I made $18,000 in 1991, and I was so happy with that. I got married in 2000 and was at $65k (had switched from non-profit to for profit).
FWIW, I was a SAHM for many years with kids, and am now back to FT non-profit work, and am at $120k |
