| Alas...my remote work days are over, and I will need to eat something on the way to work. I need to be able to grab it, warm it up in 1 minute and hit the road. What do you have on hand that's healthy and easy? I'm not opposed to prepping something on Sundays for the week. |
| Just have a smoothie. |
| I have coffee and protein oatmeal (better than oats is the brand) |
| Make a bunch of breakfast tacos/sandwiches on the weekend. Freeze them and grab and go as needed! |
|
Hard boiled eggs and a piece of wheat toast is what I eat in the car most days.
Or look up a recipe for muffin tin egg bites. Those are good and you can make them on the weekend and eat all week. |
| As in you are eating in the car? You need to adjust your life so you do not do this. Drink a protein drink. |
| I would get up 15 minutes earlier and make a quick scrambled eggs and wheat toast. |
| I eat a yogurt at my desk when I arrive. |
|
I make tortilla quiche ahead of time. Then cut up and just heat up to eat. Not sure if it would be too messy to eat in the car though.
I have to be at work at 6am so I take breakfast with me and eat at work. We have a microwave and a toaster oven. |
| Wake up 15 minute earlier. |
|
I take overnight oats with me to work, which you can make on Sunday for the week.
Equal parts oats and milk. I add chia seeds, whatever berries we have and some nuts. Keeps me full until lunch. |
|
Thanks! That's not a bad calorie to protein ratio either. |
No thank you. |
| I have to leave the house by 6:50 to get to work by 7:20. I do overnight oats and add some berries in the a.m. or plain yogurt and add nut and berries. Sometimes, I make egg bite muffins. I just eat before leaving the house, but I could easily pack and take it to eat at work. |
