What’s in your smoothie?

And how many do you have per week?

Less than one per week. Hell, less than one per month. Berries, or maybe banana and pb, maybe shredded coconut - whatever seems good in the moment.

Almond milk, protein powder, yogurt, banana, frozen berries, sun butter, flax, chia, kale (or spinach or whatever dark leafy greens i have). i have this mid-morning almost every day and it's filling enough to take me through to mid-afternoon.

Lately: pineapple and mango, greek yogurt, spinach. Occasionally a berry mix but that changes the flavor a lot. Sometimes a little knob of ginger added.

I have it a few times a week, usually as a mid day pick me up as I work from home.

I used to do a cacao smoothie first thing in the morning, with lots of spinach, frozen banana, cherries, berries, and sometimes adaptogens like maca or lion's mane mixed in.

Every day for breakfast. Recipe makes 2 servings:

1 c milk (or oat milk)
1 c frozen fruit (strawberry, mango, peach, blueberry, whatever)
2 scoops protein powder
1 T chia seeds
1 T hemp seeds

I have on almost every day. I like oat milk with spinach and wild blueberry with vanilla protein best. I also enjoy coconut milk with mango and banana, chocolate protein powder with a banana and oat milk...Really whatever I am in the mood for.

Anywhere from 1 to 4 smoothies per week. Almond milk, Greek yogurt, and frozen fruit (banana, which I freeze myself, or mango or mixed cherry/berry which I buy frozen). Sometimes I add chia seeds. I started drinking them regularly after going on Wegovy and having trouble eating and needing protein and fiber; I had intended to have them with protein powder, but I don't like extra sweetener, especially the sugar replacements like stevia, and the stuff without it tastes like chalk.
