Wow, I guess they tried to make Harris look better with retakes on live interviews?

Yet they couldn't help her.... |
They edited her answers on tape. Played one for the tease to watch the show and a different answer in the aired interview. Still not sure which answer was the real one. As for Trump, in 2020, Lesley Stahl argued with him about Hunter's laptop and claimed it was Russian disinformation. So, not exactly fair. |
Everyone is falling in line. What a disgrace. |
What, no OP. LOL. It’s a payment to a mob boss. Everyone is paying, so they don’t want to have their legs broken. |
Please don't insult the mob by making comparisons. |
This.....journalists will be afraid to do their job with honestly and integrity. They will have to pledge allegiance to the king and lie to make him look somewhat good. |
It’s another bribe. |
They would win the lawsuit, but would have to reveal the full tape. |
It insane that the President has total immunity for his crimes but can sue everyone in courts he now controls.
Fascist. |
Another pittance for the child king’s ego. |
This happens all the time with all interviews. I don’t see how Trump can win. |
To be strictly fair, I was not aware that prominent news shows would selectively edit interviews to help the person being interviewed or even the reverse but it makes sense when you think about it. OP's link says CBS is settling the lawsuit so Trump sort of won, but the main purpose of the lawsuit was surely to remind the country of the institutional bias in media entities in going out of their way to help protect their favored Democratic candidates. It makes the media look even weaker than ever, unfortunately. |
They’re losing these lawsuits because they didn’t do the job with honesty and integrity. That’s the issue. |
He can't but he can exposer their bias by making them reveal the tape. Westmoreland did the same with 60 Minutes. |
