Breakup over the orange one

How many of you have ended your relationship because your spouse is an orange one worshipping fool?

I think that is ridiculous. My grandparents had opposite political views and were married for more than 50 years and were very happy.

I would on a heart beat it off all
Family stupids who want YMCA as the national anthem,

Wouldn’t date anyone even remotely supportive of Trump. Sends shivers down my spine just thinking about it.

My spouse is a liberal, always has been. I used to be a R, now Independent.

In the past, we have voted for opposing candidates. That was fine. We respect each other enough.

But, Trump is a whole different animal. He is not a R. He's a populist who stokes racism, sexism, and just general hatred for anyone who doesn't agree with the MAGA base.

So, yea, I would have serious issues if my spouse, R or otherwise, supported Trump.

Thankfully, we both agree that he's a danger to this country and an awful human being.

Also, I'm the wife.

Many couples did in the past. But Trump is different. Personally if my spouse was a Trump supporter, I’d divorce and my spouse feels the same way

Comparing political differences in the past to political differences now is flat out laughable.

I cannot understand being in a marriage or relationship with someone who voted for a convicted rapist and known repeat sexual abuser. It's not just politics over say, government spending. It's voting for a known sick criminal.

Yeah, never date a Republican.

I disagree. I know couples where one is a Trump supporter and the other is not. Very high income. No one is getting divorced over this.

Great job Mr. President! Libs can’t even discuss marriage without thinking about you. Job well done and it’s only day 2!

I don’t care about personal stuff. I am a woman. I hated Biden. He has a long history of wars breaking out, including Iraq. I care more about foreign policy and people dying rather than what most men have done in their personal lives if they are of a certain age.

Bush started the Iraq War. Sit down before you hurt yourself.
