Whatever money a particular school system has, they can designate a portion for special schools, just like they used to do. The very sad, hard truth is that some kids will only acquire minimal skills.

Yes, and they already do that. But there is never enough money. Every student you’re complaining about should be in a situation with more support and more staffing - and that student’s parents and teachers are pushing for that 99% of the time - but they are told that there isn’t the money for a special school.

Yes, and they already do that. But there is never enough money. Every student you’re complaining about should be in a situation with more support and more staffing - and that student’s parents and teachers are pushing for that 99% of the time - but they are told that there isn’t the money for a special school.

I do understand because I've worked in the special education field for a long time. There just aren't easy answers.

1. Student scores have consistently tanked since Jimmy Carter signed off on the creation of the Department of Education.
2. Classroom violence has become out-of-control since the creation of the Department of Education.

We, the American taxpayers DEMAND that VIOLENT kids are REMOVED from our classrooms. Desks are NOT for throwing. Innocent students and teachers are getting assaulted with zero consequences for the perpetrators.

“Federal funding and oversight” has been a complete disaster for American students and their teachers.

Children can’t learn when they’re in a constant state of fear of assault.
