Why is it an OR? Apply to all and see what happens. Then ask this question.

UGA seems most likely, won’t get into UT or UNC

Public or private?

UGA had a 23% OOS EA rate this year and expected to get tougher. UNC is way tougher and UT is the toughest.

OOS will not get in at Carolina, sorry.

My kid got into UGA with a lot lower Sat but higher GPA, oos

That's even low for UGA EA. My DC was deferred w 3.83 UW 34 ACT

UNC oos - very unlikely
UGA oos - would love to know how the 10 AP raise that 3.8 UW. Did you take most of them already, or senior year. You need to use the UGA GPA calculation (on Dr. Grave's Blog)
UT Austin oos - very unlikely due to huge oos numbers, unless you are a boy education major (weaker school and very girl heavy - still would want to see a conneciton)
or did you mean UTennessee - if so, this is best bet, and I think you have a good shot

What exactly are you asking? Where to apply? I’m assuming these aren’t actual acceptances.

This kid isn't getting to any of these this year. It's really hard out there.
Georgia only took kids with 1530+ from our Big3 private.

WOWZERS!!! If what it takes to get into UGA out of state is a 1530 or higher, that's incredible! That's in the 99th percentile of all test takers and is not far off from the median at Yale, Princeton and MIT!

Wow, I’m a little shocked you all think his chances are this low. It’s right in the range
