Harvard class of 2029

Anonymous
Last year GDS sent 7 to Harvard and Sidwell sent 4. This year, both of their Instagram accounts (thus far) have had no early Harvard admits.

Is anyone getting into Harvard from your school?

Austin public with 3 admits so far!

It's scary that your are stalking their Instagram.

Yes, two have gotten in but they aren’t committing. They are applying elsewhere.

It’s actually not, they created a public IG page because they want people to see it.

5 at our dc private but only 2 committed

One at a New England Catholic school, but he’s a recruit

Honestly you seem creepy.
At our k-12 in VA, many people don’t post. Last year there were a few harvard choices that didn’t post

There’s a Harvard admit at Washington Liberty HS.

At our school, most kids don't post to the instagram til later. I don't know who you think "they" are (in they created public IGs), but these are student run accounts, and kids are the consumers (usually), and it's kinda bullshit to rush to post when so many friends got not as happy news. the ED and QuestBridge kids post now - at our school anyway.

it's not like my kid doesn't already know who got in to HYPSM early, he does.

also, at least one of the Harvard acceptances is still applying to Yale and Stanford RD. He had Harvard legacy so cashed that chip in during EA, but it's not his dream school. A Yale acceptance is seeing what happens to the Robertson decision, someone has a Stamps scholarship that's still possible etc etc.
