How many times does it need to be pointed out that Feinstein guaranteed confidentiality to Dr Ford? She didn’t have the right to publicize that letter until getting Dr Ford’s go ahead. That didn’t happen until reporters discovered Dr Ford’s dentity and started harassing her.

They discovered her identity because her staff leaked the letter. Are you not aware of how this town works?

Are you not aware that Kavanaugh and the GOP had stolen emails in their possession and Kavanaugh perjured himself about it? So it’s rational to wonder if something untoward happened (I gonna go with yes, the GOP did something here).

What does that have to do with “she should have released the letter when she received it”?

Because then this whole investigation would have been done confidentially. Had Feinstein turned over the letter to the FBI when she received it, they would have investigated without the spotlight of the media and the public. Identities would have been protected.
This is really where DiFi totally screwed up. And, she knows it.

The means don’t justify the ends. I’m certain the Republicans have a plan B. Suggesting that they don’t is ridiculous. I’m sure they are enacting that plan B right now. Along with plan C, D, E and FFFFFF.

Even Trump realizes that Kavanaugh is a no go. He’s proven very adept at recognizing a losing battle and pivoting to achieve goals. I expect to see a swift switch to a new candidate as early as a Sunday AM tweet.

1. Provide cover for certain moderate senators to vote yes.

2. Give the White House time to consider the possible benefits of a withdrawal.

So I looked up Judge's book on Amazon. Published in 1997 and 39 of the 40 reviews were written in the last ten days. Shortest review say "Evidence." No availability on Amazon.
