Dp.. but Biden had 3 years to fix the issue. Why wait so long? I suspect because people were seeing the news of migrants overwhelming blue states, there was more concern so then Biden felt like he had to act.
He should've taken care if the issue in the first year. That was a lost opportunity to nail 2024
