+1 He so thinks he’s entitled to the job, even though it now seems apparent that money was exchanged between his billionaire benefactor and Trump (or maybe the Trump fail sons are in on the grift and they pocketed the money to recommend the pile of mashed potatoes with facial hair). For someone who wants to be in public service he’s smearing an awful lot of the people whose votes he needs, though he so far has taken special care to go after women in general and not just minority women like I would have guessed he would. Please don’t mistake your own limited viewpoint for what “We all know.” Part of the job of keeping America safe and stable is building relationships and facilitating diplomacy— often with people who don’t share your language, priorities, or general interests. Social skills are an essential part of building relationships and finding common ground. So, actually, is eating cake. From state dinners to smaller events, sharing food is one of the few ways that virtually every culture has of building bonds and indicating that at least while you’re eating your hands are too busy for more warlike activities.
