Does anyone have exercise intolerance ?

No really, there is such a thing. I walk every day 6000 mile+, lift light weights 1 to 2 reps but I cannot do anything else without extreme fatigue and nausea, not even yoga or pilates. Even physical therapy; at one time when I had to do PT the therapist was alarmed because my blood pressure was high which without exercise it’s normal.

I do have NH Follicular Lymphoma, could that be it? I was checked for Myasthenia Gravis and it was negative. It’s do annoying but alarming, especially the nausea and throwing up.

I have exercise intolerance. I can do exercise but there's a short limit and then I am simply enervated, I sit or lie down, no real thoughts, spent. 8 have a diagnosed mitochondrial disease which includes exercise intolerance.

You should see a cardiologist. Seriously, you may have heart disease. Women often get those types of symptoms, not necessarily chest pain.

I do. I've "pushed through" for years, even ran a 5k. Immediately after, I'm on an endorphin kick and can function, though my vitals are all WAY off. 3-5 hours after, I need a nap, and then I'm basically wrecked, like having the flu, for 2-3 days.

Doctors don't believe me because I'm fat and my labs are normal, but they've only run a stress test once, and then they told me I need BP meds. I have POTS and probably EDS (but no formal diagnosis).

I do low-impact, low-stress exercise like qigong, tai chi, some gentle yoga and stretching and I walk (when I can). It's rough.

Yes, I would get EXTREME itching while exercising to the point it was debilitating. Being allergic to exercise it exists. It comes and goes for me. Antihistamines seemed to help when it flared up. Haven't had too many issues recently.

POTs is not real. Doctors give out the diagnosis when they don't know what is wrong.

I used to get this all the time. It stopped and I don't know why. My skin would be very itchy when I first started sweating and then would stop hurting after a few minutes. Another time, I ate a high histamine food and my throat began to swell shut. I didn't know it was an anaphylactic reaction--never had one before that or since and I can eat that same food with no problem now.

I stopped eating other foods that I found out I was allergic to (dairy) and wonder if that helped.

I’m no doctor, but I think it might be the 6000 miles per day you are walking.

I'm someone who does a lot better with walking and general gentle activity. Hard cardio especially feels hard on my body. My face turns bright red (as in abnormal red, scary looking) and it takes me forever to recover, I get inflammed from it.
