My skin would be very itchy when I first started sweating and then would stop hurting after a few minutes. Another time, I ate a high histamine food and my throat began to swell shut. I didn't know it was an anaphylactic reaction--never had one before that or since and I can eat that same food with no problem now. I stopped eating other foods that I found out I was allergic to (dairy) and wonder if that helped. [/quote]
