ECNL app problems?

Anybody having issues with accessing the ECNL app on iPhone? Trying to follow the new steps for account login (already have the athleteone registration) but doesn’t work. The app gets stuck after hitting login. Any tips/help please?

They definitely screwed up something with the registration. Can't login anymore even after adding back my daughter's info. Website on mobile was also a problem yesterday but seems fine on a PC now.

Hopefully they'll fix it soon, but you're not the only one.

Yes, lots of people seem to be having problems with it. Even once I’m paired with my child’s account, if I log out of the app it’s back to square one and it forces me to pair it again.

Same - it keeps making me send validation code to my son's email. This started yesterday afternoon - and worked fine that morning.

I had to do the validation code tonight, to tie a subscription to the account.

Mine never opens. Just spins!

I have to do the whole registration thing again and again and again. The app is terrible so I have just stopped using

I messaged their the App help and was told that my email address and my daughter's email address for her player's account was the same which was causing the authentication issues (I could authenticate, get into the app but once i closed the app, i had to do the same thing over and over).

They changed her email address and it's all working now, they responded on a sat night/sun morning so it was resolved relatively quickly.

I confirmed I could close the app and re-open the app without having to send the activation code to my kid’s email. So you have to log into the TGS site (not mobile app) with your login to activate one of the free subscriptions.

This worked! The subscription had to be activated. Now the app works just fine! Thank you!!!
