Best Walkable Beach Towns

We love Rehoboth because of its size and walkability. We can spend a week there and barely use our car.
Can you suggest some other similar beach towns for a summer vacation where you can access everything (beach, activities, dining, shopping, etc.) easily on foot? |

Edgartown and Oak Bluffs in addition to Vineyard Haven Shelter Island and maybe Montauk. |

When we went there we drove about 500 miles just around the island in one week. What area is walkable? |
