| OP. To add, wasn't a potluck, just food brought in by an employee to share. Authorities do not suspect intentional poisoning. |

| From everything I saw in the Phillipines there is a cultural lack of awareness towards food hygiene. Not a lot of thought is given towards the need for refrigeration. This is why you have to be super careful with these potlucks- not everyone has the same food standards. |
